Versaille for a Silent Auction

When I found this butcher block cart I knew right away what color I was going to paint it. Versaille is a soft and neutral tone that pretty much blends with anything. This little beauty is headed to a silent auction at a Harvest Carnival tomorrow afternoon.

Antibes Green Rustic Table

It's still hard to believe that in a few hours Antibes Green along with ASCP clear and dark waxes created this distressed-aged look. We lime-washed the top with Old White, painted the base in Antibes Green then applied ASCP clear and dark waxes. It now shines as our booth centerpiece at Paris Flea Market.

Graphite Revival

Remember the oak office chair on casters we found at the Three Speckled Hens Antique Show? Well, it's been revived with a few coats of Graphite. We were planning on having it join a desk down at Paris Flea Market but I'm having a hard time parting with it...dilemma.

Sweet Set In Provence

In hardly no time at all we took these antique white pieces from "blah" to "Wow!" Paired with floral antique style knobs, ASCP Provence is taken to another level of beauty. After looking at their original condition it's hard to believe we didn't have to prime or sand. Loving this paint!

Henrietta Helps Fight For A Cure

What a rewarding project this was! We've been wanting to use Henrietta and the perfect piece for a great cause emerged. We transformed a Rescued Treasures desk and a ReStore cabinet door into the perfect girls set. Sweet knobs and a pretty floral branch added the final embellishment to complete the look we wanted. This set will be auctioned off today at the Fight 4 A Cure Breat Cancer Fundraiser.

Christmas in October Boutique

We are so appreciative to have been a part of JoAnn Maloney's  boutique. Thanks for including us JoAnn! The last two nights were fun-filled and rewarding to see a creative spark light up within our lovely guests. Our hope is that we were able to inspire others to recreate pieces that will give them pride and joy. Looking forward to next weekends workshop on Sunday from 1-3pm. Hope you enjoy some pics of our time had...

Three Speckled Hens Antique Show

Annie Sloan Chalk Paint Stockist, Vicki Shoemaker, of 3 Oaks Studio in Clovis was a part of the Three Speckled Hens Antique Show in Paso Robles this weekend so I decided to check it out for myself. I was on the hunt for grain sacks to cover chairs or make pillows and was beside myself when the first booth we saw had mounds of them from Europe! I can hardly wait until the next one April 14th-15th. The Annie Sloan booth was well represented with impressive pieces and lovely people!
