Chateau Grey Desk and Old White Queen Anne Chair

When we saw this simple desk we had the perfect color in mind for it...Chateau Grey! We painted the drawers in Old White and added a vintage print liner. Then we lime washed the wood top and used the dark wax on it. The Queen Anne chair was a rare find that we were tempted to keep for ourselves but instead we painted it in Old White and gave it a distressed look. They are available seperate or together at Paris Flea Market.

Beautifully Modern Emile Vanity

This little beauty needed a fresh look so we decided to paint it in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint's Emile. We found some matching fabric to recover a chair painted in Paris Grey from our inventory. We are pleased with the color, it's such a beautiful shade of purple. This set will be for sale at Paris Flea Market tomorrow.

Forgot to take a before pic but here's one we found online:

Barn Door Rustic Redo

Our current space at Paris Flea Market had a black barn door as the backdrop so we decided to put Annie Sloan's Chalk Paint and Waxes to the test by creating a distressed barn door style...after starting in the afternoon and working into the evening we finished! We love it and wish we were staying but we have been selling our inventory so quickly we decided to move into a bigger space next week. Now we will have room for more furniture and workshops. We will be outside in front of Paris Flea Market in the morning painting more furniture to fill our sparse space so if you're in the area we'd love for you to stop by and visit!

Restore - Habitat For Humanity Mixer

We had a great time meeting and sharing our product with the Visalia Chamber of Commerce members at this evenings Habitat for Humanity Mixer. Their Restore warehouse recently moved to a larger location south of the 198 freeway on Lovers Lane. This is one of our favorite places to find furniture and hardware embellishings to restore with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. If you live in Visalia it's a must to visit their store for great deals or stop by their booth if you're at the Home Show this weekend, it's for a great cause! Here are a few sneak peeks of Restore.

We made chalkboards out of scrap cabinet doors - I need to make some for myself!

What a deal on doors!

Hmm...I see a holiday card holder made out of this large shutter.

They have appliances and new product too!

A lovely desk...Provence or Emperors Silk?

The loves of my life! My hubby and his mama (and my biz partner)...not sure what I would do without them.

Raffle time...I actually won yummy snacks from World Market, I never win anything! =)

A Pop Of Color With Aubusson Blue

A good friend asked us to duplicate a picture of a beautiful dresser that caught her eye for her coffee table so we gave it a shot and of course ASCP did not disappoint! First, we mixed a few colors to create brown then used the dark wax to complete a dark finish. Last, we painted the top in Old White, the bottom in Aubusson Blue and the drawers in Chateau Grey. Great choice Mary!

Here's the inspiration picture...from the one and only http://www.missmustardseed.blogspot.com/. Thanks Miss Mustard Seed!

Old White Bella For Ella!

This has been by far one of our favorite pieces to transform. We painted this outdated desk in Old White and the interior drawers in Louie Blue. We added crystal knobs and lovely wallpaper to line the drawers. It would be great if this one were for sale but it currently sits in Bella Ella's bedroom!

Floral Beauty In Paris Grey

We bought this material a few weeks back and later found the the perfect chair to use it on. First we painted it in Paris Grey, then distressed the floral area down to the wood, and finally applied the clear and dark waxes. It will find its way to Paris Flea Market tomorrow...isn't she a beauty?
